Will I, or will I not be able to play with my friends in the US, while being from Japan?

If it means I have to import a US version: no problem. If I need to wait for a Japanese release that will allow me global access (or in any case, access to the US servers): no problem. Do you need me to pay in US Dollars rather than Yen: no problem. Will I have to get special kind of subscription that allows me to play on the US servers instead of Korea while making payments to Blizzard Korea: no problem.

Anything that does not allow me to play with my friends at release (be it Korea or US, whichever I can and need to buy):

UNACCEPTABLE

The decision on whether or not I'm gonna buy WoW depends entirely on my ability to play with US people. No access for me? No money for you!
